Terms and Conditions

Upon completion of your appointment and you have decided to purchase items, either by special order or in-stock items, the following conditions apply:

Customer acknowledges placement of special order and/or receipt of goods and/or services in the amount of the total agreed upon. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

  • The customer agrees with the designer, style, colour and size for each item ordered. They understand that custom measurements and/or custom length may not be exact. Customer understands that dye lots may vary from swatches.
  • Customer further understand that payments are forfeited in case their event is cancelled, without exception. Again, all sales are final.
  • A balance due on any item is payable when the item arrives in store
  • Customer understands that when purchasing a floor sample item, it is sold in ‘as is’ condition. The cost of any fixing and cleaning will be their responsibility.
  • Customer understands that alterations to the merchandise may be necessary and that alterations will incur a separate charge. Customer further understands that they will not hold this store liable for any alteration inaccuracies or errors.
